Hebei Anmei Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. attended the 23rd Indonesia International Power Generation, Renewable Energy & Electric Power Equipment Exhibition from September 17 to 20, 2025. It was a busy few days, but overall a very rewarding trip for us.

We had both sales and technical staff on site and handled everything ourselves, from setting up the booth to dismantling it after the show. The booth was about 9 sqm, not very large, but we still managed to present a range of our main products, including transformers, high-voltage bushings, and insulation accessories. Overall, the exhibition went smoothly, with no safety issues or product damage.

During the exhibition, we met around 142 visitors from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and nearby countries. Among them, 53 discussions went into more detail, covering technical specifications, standards, and actual project requirements.By the end of the show, about 13 potential deals were in progress, with a total estimated value of around RMB 9.2 million. We also identified several companies with potential to become local distributors and gathered over 100 contacts for follow-up.

This trip gave us a much clearer sense of the market in Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asia region. There is strong demand linked to grid upgrades and renewable energy projects, and our products fit quite well with those needs. We also felt that customers responded positively to the quality and reliability of what we offer. At the same time, we were able to build some good connections and gather first-hand market information that will be useful going forward.

Of course, there are still things we need to improve. Our brand is not yet very visible in the local market, and sometimes technical communication in English takes longer than expected. Logistics is another challenge-delivery time can be a concern for some customers. We also feel that more on-site demonstrations would have helped customers better understand the products.

Going forward, we'll take these points seriously. We plan to do more online promotion in Southeast Asia, involve Indonesian-speaking support where possible, and improve our logistics and delivery arrangements. We'll also look at ways to make our product presentations more practical and easier to understand.
