Corporate History
• October 8: Hebei Anmei Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of RMB 6.6 million, located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province.
• The company mainly produces transformer bushings, insulators and other supporting products. A self-owned factory of 4,600 ㎡ was completed, with a complete production and testing system.
• Completed trademark registration and launched branded operation.
• Products began to be exported to many Asian countries with main equipment, opening up the overseas market initially.
• August: Completed shareholder and supervisor filing, with a stable ownership structure laying a foundation for subsequent development.
